"I guess." It wasn't really an answer he couldn't have come to himself, but there was no easy answer. It was this or be told to 'go kiss him' or 'go make up with her'. He was pretty sure that no one was going to have those answers for him. So, in the end, Xander was right. He just had to wait and see if one or the other gave him some slack.
